Eppeeri is a platform that allows users to create private spaces, called Streams, to share memories, photos, videos, comments, reactions, moments, gift lists and other content with family and loved ones.
The service may be accessed through the website, the iOS mobile application, the Android mobile application or any other medium offered by Eppeeri. Some features may require creating an account.
The user agrees to provide accurate information when creating an account and to keep it up to date. The user is responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and for any activity carried out from their account.
Streams are private spaces created by users. A Stream administrator may invite members, manage access, moderate certain content and define the available settings.
Users invited to join a Stream must respect the private nature of the shared content. They must not copy, distribute or reuse content from a Stream without authorization from the persons concerned.
The user remains the owner of the content they publish on Eppeeri. By publishing content, the user authorizes Eppeeri to host it, display it, technically process it and make it available to authorized members of the relevant Stream.
Each user is solely responsible for the photos, videos, comments, messages and information they publish. They must have the necessary rights and authorizations, especially when content concerns other people or minors.
It is prohibited to publish illegal, hateful, violent, defamatory, discriminatory, pornographic content or content that infringes privacy, copyright, image rights or third-party rights.
Eppeeri may remove content, restrict access, suspend or close an account in case of violation of these terms, abuse, serious report, legal risk or behavior that harms the service or users.
From the application, users can retrieve the data they have provided and request or perform the deletion of their account. Deletion may result in the permanent removal of certain data, subject to legal, technical or security retention requirements.
Some features may be offered as a Premium plan, free or paid. Pricing, duration, renewal, cancellation and associated benefits will be indicated at the time of subscription.
Where payments are offered, they may be processed by third-party providers. The user accepts the applicable terms of the payment provider, the App Store, Google Play or any other sales channel used.
Eppeeri may offer the creation of memory books or printed products based on content selected by the user. The user is responsible for the choice of content, its quality, associated rights and delivery information provided.
Eppeeri makes every effort to ensure the availability of the service. However, the service may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance, updates, technical incidents or force majeure events.
The user agrees not to attempt unauthorized access to the service, disrupt its operation or exploit a security vulnerability. Any issue may be reported to [email protected].
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. The use of cookies and similar technologies is described in the Cookie Policy.
Eppeeri may modify these terms to reflect changes to the service, legislation or technical requirements. Users will be informed of significant changes where necessary.
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Subject to mandatory legal provisions, the courts having jurisdiction at the company’s registered office shall have jurisdiction over any dispute relating to the service.
